WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Dogginstix, we prioritize customer satisfaction and have implemented a straightforward return policy. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the request is made within 7 days of delivery and the product packaging remains unopened and intact.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, please contact Dogginstix via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number should be clearly printed on your return shipment.

WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT?

All returns must be received by Dogginstix Store within three weeks from the date of notification of the return request.

DO YOU CHARGE ANY FEES FOR RETURNS?

No, we do not charge any restocking or repackaging fees. We want you to feel confident knowing that returning a product is hassle-free.
